DeepNova LLC provides AI-assisted customer communication, service intake, appointment coordination, and related operational support through BusinessOS Front Desk.
Automated assistance
Customers may interact with an automated assistant. The assistant is designed to provide helpful information, collect service details, and coordinate available appointments. It may transfer a request to a person when human review is appropriate.
Appointments
Appointment availability is subject to the connected business calendar. A requested time is not final until the system confirms the booking.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
Availability and accuracy
DeepNova works to keep the service reliable and useful, but automated responses may occasionally be incomplete or unavailable. Important decisions should be confirmed with a human representative when needed.
Privacy
Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Eligible deletion requests may be submitted through the Data Deletion Instructions.
