How to request deletion
Send the message DATA DELETION REQUEST through the same supported channel used to communicate with BusinessOS Front Desk — for example, the official DeepNova WhatsApp Business account or Instagram professional account.
Verification
DeepNova LLC may verify that the requester controls the relevant WhatsApp number, Instagram account or other channel identity before processing the request.
What will be handled
After verification, DeepNova LLC will delete or anonymize eligible conversation records, appointment information and related operational data under its control.
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution or enforcement of agreements.
Confirmation
A confirmation will be sent after the request has been reviewed and completed.
