Your WhatsApp number: read this before you buy

You start with a new number for your assistant and your usual WhatsApp stays the same. Once Meta enables coexistence, we move you to your usual number for free.

  • Recommended: a new number just for the assistant (an extra line or SIM). Your usual WhatsApp stays exactly as it is and you start without changing anything.
  • Using your current WhatsApp Business number: that account must be deleted from the phone app so the number can move to GarleOS. From then on, that number is handled only from your GarleOS dashboard, not from the app.
  • Previous chats in the app do not move to GarleOS. Before the switch you can export them from the app (Settings → Chats → Export chat) to keep a copy.
  • No need to wait: start now with a new number and, once Meta enables coexistence (pending approval), we move you to your usual number for FREE, keeping the app and your previous chats. Everything your assistant handled in the meantime stays saved in GarleOS.
  • We help you choose the best option on the setup call. We never move your number without your confirmation.

Limits: what if I go over my conversations?
  • Conversations included per your plan. A conversation is one customer over 24 hours, with all the messages exchanged.
  • If you go over in a month, we let you know and suggest the right plan. For now there are no overage charges and we never cut service without notice.
  • To prevent abuse, a single customer gets at most 200 automated replies per day; after that your team takes over.
  • Voice notes up to about 4 minutes.

  • Phone calls, SMS, Instagram or Facebook Messenger: coming later.
  • Posting on social media, mass campaigns or marketing messages.
  • Guaranteed sales or results. GarleOS helps you respond; it does not fully replace your team.
  • Fees Meta charges directly for template messages, if they apply to your account.
What you need to get started
  • A phone number for the assistant (see "Your WhatsApp number").
  • A Meta Business account (we help you create and verify it).
  • Your business information: services or products, prices, hours and area.
  • For Standard: a Google Calendar for the business.
Payment and cancellation terms
  • No long-term contract: cancel anytime from your billing portal.
  • Monthly: billed in advance. If you cancel, service stays on until the end of the paid month; no partial refunds.
  • Yearly: if it's not for you, we refund the full year within the first 14 days. After that it's non-refundable, but you can turn off renewal anytime.
  • Setup: one-time payment. If Meta does not approve your number, we refund the full setup fee.
  • Standard monthly: USD 149 for the first 6 months, then USD 175 per month.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated based on your location.
  • After payment we contact you within 1 business day to start the setup.
